Will Compliance Be The Deciding Factor in Pubsec ICT Change?

Mar 01, 2016

Next month sees THINK.Cloud For Digital Government, a G-Cloud show 24n's supporting. We spoke with one of the sponsors of the event, MTI, to find our what it has planned for attendees

What is your company all about?

MTI is a global provider of IT and IT security solutions and services. We have three main areas of expertise - datacentre, managed services, and security. We work with a wide range of clients across the globe, helping them to secure, protect, and manage every aspect of their IT environment.

What are you offering the public sector ICT buyer in particular?

Given the current demands on the public sector, such as regulatory and fiscal restrictions, there is huge opportunity for technology to transform the way in which these businesses operate. Hybrid cloud is particularly exciting for the sector, for example, as it offers the ease-of-use and scale of public cloud, without compromising safety and compliance.

Essentially, we can offer the best of both worlds - a bespoke package that can ensure the UK public sector is driving efficiencies in a secure, flexible, agile and compliant manner, without having to spend on additional infrastructure.

Why did you pick THINK.Cloud for Digital Government to showcase all this?

With compliance moving higher up the agenda for UK public sector businesses, and given we can provide a secure and scalable solution, this is an area we really feel we can add value in. In terms of the event itself, this year’s agenda is looking strong, and it’s great to see so many pertinent topics being addressed. We’re particularly looking forward to the Cloud Conversations session, which we will be participating in alongside EMC. Overall, we think it’s a great opportunity for delegates to benefit from advice, guidance, and insight on key cloud and digital government issues.

Great, but let's sum it all up now: why come and talk to MTI at THINK.Cloud For Digital Government?

If you’re having trouble storing, managing and analysing your most valuable asset - your data - we’re the people to talk to. We can help accelerate the journey to cloud computing, helping IT departments become more agile in cost-efficient way.

It's also important for 24n readers to know we are going to be at the event with our partner, EMC. Together, we are already working with organisations across the UK public sector, helping them to transform their IT to deliver real, and measurable advantage to their business. Come and talk to us to find out how!
