Audley Care, a UK premium bespoke home care provider for the elderly, has chosen a supplier for an integrated software solution designed to modernise and improve efficiencies at the organisation.
Coldharbour claims it can help the care provider to provide group wide information in a format that will drive proactive decision making on all aspects of the growing business.
Audley selected the firm because its homecare business is expanding quickly and it required a robust system to cater for this.
Besides Mobile Point of Care, Coldharbour is set to deliver Mobile Call Monitoring, Data Analytics and Compliance Solution.

The core aims of the Audley Care Community Care Solution are a solution set with a single point of data entry, the provision of accurate data to ensure compliance and delivery of care outcomes and provision of group-wide data analytics and dashboards.
